8 Day Tour: Gulf of Alaska Cruise Tour - Vancouver, Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Anchorage

Day 1  

Depart form the port of Vancouver B.C., Canada, sail at 5:30pm. Thus begining your discovery of the Alaskan Gulf.

 
 
Day 2  

Sailing inside the passage along the Alaskan Gulf. Enjoy facilities on board and try your luck at the casino.

 
 
Day 3  

Arrive at Alaska's first city, also known as the "Salmon Capital of the World." Visit Saxman Native Village and discover its vibrant Tlingit Indian culture and spectacular totem poles.

 
 
Day 4  

Jnueau, capital of Alaska, was part of hte Alaska's Gold Rush. Visit monumental Mendenhall Glacier, the largest glacier accessible by road.

 
 
Day 5  

Skagmay was boomtown in the Gold Rush days. The "Gateway to the Klondike" is preserved as a National Historic Park and features one of hte oldest narrow gauge railroads in existence. Step back in time and take a stroll on the wooden boardwalks of this historic town.

 
 
Day 6  

The icy wilderness of this spetacular nation park and reserve displays massive glaciers that stretch from the ice-draped St. Elias and Fairweather mountain rages to the ends of majestic fjords. The park is also home to a spectacular world of marine life, including humpback whales, sea otters, porpoises, and harbor seals.

 
 
Day 7  

One of the best glacier viewing areas can be found at College Fjord. Tucked into the northwest vorner of Prince William Sound, this fjord basts the world's largest collection of tidewater glaciers - sixteen of them, named after Ivy League colleges by the Harriman Expedition that discovered them in 1899.

 
 
Day 8  

The cruise ends at Whittier, the transfer to Anchorage airport for flight departure.
